breve descrizione: Ho preso questo letto in un vecchio manicomio abbandonato. Intorno c’erano le tracce di chi oggi andava a ripararsi dal freddo in quelle stanze. Osservando il contesto ho pensato che la memoria di un letto su cui generazioni di pazzi hanno dormito all’inizio del Novecento fosse così forte che chi vi si addormentasse oggi potesse continuare a sognare gli stessi sogni di chi su quel letto ci ha passato anni. Così ho costruito un intreccio di filo sospeso sopra il letto come fosse la traccia di un sogno filamentoso. (Questo lavoro fa parte del ciclo «Le considerazioni...»)

brief description: I took this bed in an old abandoned mental hospital. All around it there where traces of whom today takes shelter from cold. Watchig the context I thought that the memory of a bed on which generations of mads slept in the earliest ‘900 could be so strong that who sleeps there now could continue to dream the same dreams of all the people which passed years on that bed. So I built a weave of yarn suspended over that bed like a trace of a thready dream. (This work is part of the cycle «Le considerazioni...»)
